my sister has it abd gave me the set of 1-2-3 miles and i loved it, i only did the 1 mile one so far but it goes by so quick and it gave me mor eof workour than just walking!! my sis lose inches off her hips

I have the 1,2,3 mile tapes. I use the 2 mile mostly, but it is a good workout. Using the weights is making a difference in my arms.

i got it at Best Buy last year.
it works really well.... if you DO it (which i havent in a LONG time)  my friend lost So much weight doing it everyday, and its really easy

It does make a difference. My mother has them and I used them when I lived at home. Very simple and quick to do.

I got the 1, 2, 3 mile too on DVD for walking in the winter time. I got mine at Target and they are one of the few fitness tapes/DVDs that I have stuck with using.
