GREAT BOOK!

Conquering infertility-by Alice Domar

I am loving this book. I read a lot of self help for infertility ones and dont get much out of them , they are all the same. This one focused on HOW you feel, no technical what to expect things, and its actually right on the money IMO. It gives relaxation tips I have actually USED and I never tend to use the ones I have seen in other books.

I would highly suggest this book!

I bought and read this book too. I thought it was wonderful. I agree that there is nothing technical, and I love the relaxation techniques. I think the most important thing about the book is it gives you the message that what you are feeling ( sadness, jealousy, anxious, etc) are all normal. I would recommened it as well.

Hey Donna I saw this at my Acupunturist's today and I was like -- Oh !! That's the book dmangel recommended!! She thought I was nuts, lol.

I am going to ask my book fairy to get it for me.
