Hey cookbook lovers - help Katrina victims

I just got an email from Williams-Sonoma:

Together, we can make a difference. When you purchase our Foods of the World: New Orleans book from September 16 through October 16, Williams-Sonoma will donate the full price* to the American Red Cross in support of its hurricane-relief efforts.

Foods of the World: New Orleans captures the enduring heart and soul of the city and its culinary traditions. Filled with recipes for classic dishes like Seafood Gumbo and Bourbon Pecan Tart, the hardcover book's 192 lavishly photographed pages take you on a gastronomic tour of New Orleans.

For more information about the American Red Cross, please visit www.redcross.org.
