OK - I'm going to cook the meat - next question!!

It is boneless beef round cubes. DH was going to make that with peppers and onions. I am NOT the cook! What can I do with it that's easy and doesn't require me to stand over it?
Can I throw it in the oven and just cook it?

Thanks!Chat Icon

I would not call myself a "cook"; I just muddle thru and hope for the best. Chat Icon

My mom used to make beef stew w/beef cubes and gravy. I'm sure you can throw in some veggies too. I think she used low heat and let it simmer for a while.

I used to cook them in teriyaki sauce and serve over rice with veggies.
