change of weather
is anyone else feeling under the weather from the weather change? because I feel like shiat and my chest is very congested and I cant breath I feel very stuffy. I hate feeling like this.

I work with the little ones and already the noses are starting.
I love this weather though. I just want to make sure im very careful this season. I dont want to get sick.

I had a sore throat over the weekend, but I took Echinacea and its gone now.

yup. bought some airbrone, vitamin C tablets and sudafed tonight. i always get this in the fall and again in the spring.
