i'm confused. 1 topping (whole pie) is $2.50 extra correct? instead of charging you $1.25 (half pie) he charged you $2.50 extra? IMO, although it may not be ethical, it is definetly not worth getting angry over. i never would have thought twice about it.

Brushetta seems like a "difficult" topping to apply.
Its not like they have to put a couple of slices of pepperoni. I have seen this happen before.
Even if you only want half topping... you will get charged for full.
Maybe if the other half of the pie was a different topping... they wouldn't have charged you double.

Most of the time if you order a specialty pie even if it is half, you get charged for the more expensive full pie

To me its like ordering half chicken marsala half plain...So...In my opinion they should charge you 1/2 the price of specialty and half the price of plain.
