I think Foxtons gets a lot of those listings...or at least, they used to. I don't see them around as much anymore... Anyway, when I sold my co-op everyone was listed with Foxtons so I'd try it.

My friends are looking....Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh, Seaford, Bethpage, Levittown, And western Suffolk. They want to spend under $399,999 and they want at least a 2 bedroom with a 1.5 bath.

so many condos/townhouses sell without being listed/put on mls. People put up signs in the development or clubhouse. When a buyer knows what development they want they can put flyers in the mailboxes or in the doors to see if anyone is interested in selling. I just sold my townhouse in Wantagh and it was so easy! We didn't even need our open house (we did about 90 showings during the open house) b/c our best buyers found out from the development. We had 2 offers in the first day and both left work in the middle of the day to come see our place! These kinds of properties are so hot now that a buyer has to be aggressive.
