Brushing Teeth
How many times a day do you brush your teeth?
And is it really healthy to do it as often as you possibly can?

yup I think 2-3 times is sufficient

2-3 times a day.
Always use a soft brush, so as not to aggrevate gums or strip enamal (as per my dentist)

1-2 times. Always in the morning. Most of the time at night.
Actually, when I'm dieting, I try to brush them right after dinner and then only have water the rest of the night. For some reason, if I've brushed already I'm less likely to eat anything else.

I brush 2 times a day and per my dentist it's more important to floss than brush. I apparently don't know how to brush properly since I had to get a demo from him the last time I went.  I do floss 3 times a day.

every time I eat, so like 3 or 4 times a day at least... I can't stand the after taste of any food
