Do I send a gift
So I got an announcement in the mail for a new baby-my father's cousin (they are in their 30s-3rd child)
I never got an annoucement before for any of the other children, I just got married and they responded to wedding (for two) only husband came-no excuse...
I barely ever see these people..
Do I send a gift? If yes, what should I send? (I refuse to give them money)

I would send a nice card. If you feel obligated to send a gift I would send a small gift, like an inexpensive outfit or a cute stuffed animal. But other than that I would not go over board.
