Did anyone else have trouble getting the bumper to fit in the crib? Once I put the bumper in, the mattress barely fits. I tried lowering the mattress, but I don't want to put it too low just yet. Since the front rail is stationary I guess the bumper can't be up high enough to get out of the way. Are mattresses different sizes? Maybe if I had a different mattress it would fit better?
