Hi Peeps...
Wazz-up!!!!
I've been training a new person for the past week and it's annoying!!!  I don't mind doing it and I guess it's part of the title, but hello....don't be scared. It's OK....you can do it!!!! No, really....you can, I swear!!! Take initiative NOW!!!!!!!!!

I just had her file some stuff so I could get my work done. Well, this is funny when I'm on LIF I get 0 work done...but I have fun chatting all day long. But I get annoyed when I have to work and not get "my" work done!

I know the feeling. It really sux when work gets in the way of LIF. It's funny, sometimes when I am responding to a post and the phone rings I get all annoyed and think, "Don't they realize I am in the middle of something?
