Hotwire.com please read

For those who purchased packages using hotwire.com, I have a question.

Our returning flight has a transfer..

Is there any way to contact the airline and see if they can get you on a non stop flight back to NY???

you should have a reservation just like you would if you booked directly throught he airline...but I imagine that you have one of the lowest ticket codes...and therefore they are non-refundable...meaning you would have to pay for a change...


BUT if there is a direct flight (before your first leaves) you can go to the gate and if it is not overbooked you will probably get on

I did try contacting hotwire and they said it is non changeable. all the damn airlines they provided for me to choose from all said 0-1 stop and that I would see what I got once my cc went threw. that kind of *****....

I am traveling back from Florida with a little surprise, that I will let you girls know of when I get back...

I am hoping like Lilith suggested, if they have 2 seats available on an earlier flight that I may be able to switch...

That is a big problem when getting tickets through places like hotwire, most of the time you can not change the ticket, not even for a fee. At least through the airline you can pay a fee to change.
