How long after defrosting hot dogs can you keep them?
Are they pre-cooked or you can only keep them a few days in the fridge?

I believe they are cooked -- I would keep them in a sealed pack for a week after defrosting and maybe 3 days if they are opened.

What's the expiration date? Hotdogs last a long time. They are pre-cooked and full of preservatives.

They are smoked most likely so they are preserved, but honestly, I would not keep them for more than a week in the fridge after defrosting..bacteria will start to form.
