Is your cat acting more loving these days..??

Mine is!! I am wondering why? Is it the change of seasons..?? I've also been home more..I feel like he is always snuggling with me or curling into my lap more than usual.. It's so cute!!

DH has had the cat long before he met me (actually his ex-wife's cat). It took Zoe about 6 months to even come out for me. We also think it's that she's getting older. As they get older they are more snuggily... of course, still always on their own terms.

Mine are too, when we go downstairs to visit them they get so excited to see us that they jump on our laps and get sooo effectionate, its cute.

Mine is always on top of me...she is my shadow. Iwas away for business for a few days...I walk in the door and she didnt leave my side until I walked out the door this morning for work!

Ralphie usually doesn't bond with me much. He bonds more with DH. DH grew up with cats. I didn't. Lately though he's been sitting next to me on the couch or sitting by the floor near me.

I guess because he knows that sometimes I get his favorite toy and make him nuts chasing it. It's this fish on a pole thingy with a string. So I toss it all around and get to control where the fish lands and I make him do these high jumps in the air for it. DH calls him shamoo, It is sooooooooooooo funny watching him fly in the air and he does! I am the one who uses the toy with him more so that's why I think he's been coming by me lately. Cuz as soon as I grab the pole with the fish he gets into attack play mode. It's funny cuz he acts like he's chasing a real live thing. I'll lay the fish down and he'll watch it and then circles the room and does a sneak attack on it.

My cat which loved me evey since i brought her home she would always sleep at the foot of my bed and b4 she went to sleep would want a bit of affection from me. But after my parents got her fixed about 2 yrs ago shes stopped it all she now does this wiht my mother. i was sad at first but now i have a new freind which does almost the same thing the other one did.

My parents have a cat (Tippy) and everytime we would visit she was very unpredictable. She was only affectionate on her terms.

Well, this last visit to see my parents, TIPPY could not get enough of us. She was bumping heads ......all snuggles. She was crying out loud for attention. I told DH that I was afraid to drive home b/c I thought the Cat was intuitive that we were going to be in a Car accident. Yes, I am morbid. But, she was acting strange! We made it home okay......DH almost flipped the Car by driving too fast and missing his turn....but he didn't.

Yes more than ever but I believe it has to do with that Im PG.
