I used A1 Marinade Texas Mesquite - The meat is still frozen - put it on the counter about 4 hours ago and it still needs time to defrost but I put it in the marinade and now it is in the frig
If it's still frozen and it's for this evening I would take it out now until it's fully defrosted. You can always put it back in the fridge then.
