Anyone experience this while pregnant?

For the last three nights when I wake up my upper thighs have been hurting me. First night it was the front the second only the back of the left one and last night it was my inner thighs. It hurts for a few hours after I wake up then goes away.

Could it be pressure from the baby?

I had this...DR told me it was from the weight gain...since your body is not used to supporting the extra weight...
