another fetal movement question
sorry...i'm just nervous. we have been through so much and everytime i feel her move it's reassuring me that she is ok. anyway, some of my books say that you can begin to see the sleeping patters regarding the movement. i have only been feeling her for 2 weeks. Yesterday and today it has been a lot less. is that normal? or is eveyday the same? i'm 20 weeks and 3 days.

Re: another fetal movement question
For me, the baby moves more some days and less others. I understand how you could get nervous, but unless it goes for an unusually long time, I wouldn't worry. You can always call the doctor if you are really scared.

Re: another fetal movement question
My 's movements are sporadic, yet there are certain times (like after I eat or lay down) when she moves around. I am 34 weeks and when I was 20-21 weeks her movements were few and far between. She became really active around 24-25 weeks.

Re: another fetal movement question
When I was around 20 weeks, I could go days without feeling much movement, then bamn i felt her for 3 days straight. It's so sporadic at that time.
I don't think I noticed sleep/awake patterns until i I was about 8 months pg.

Re: another fetal movement question
my is inconsistent. some days she's all over the place, some days i feel like she's taking really long cat naps. in my early 20 weeks there was one weekend where she just was non-stop. the following week i hardly felt a thing! only now around 31 weeks do i really feel her more and more, but she still has her lazy days...
