We're doing it! We're going away for the weekend....
...WITHOUT THE KIDS!!! We're going to a little Bed & Breakfast upstate.... It's the first time I've left Mallory overnight! I've left Jordan with my parents overnight all the time... but he's 5... I'm nervous because between my Mom and my MIL they have to get Jordan to a birthday party on Saturday and to school on Monday and I know I'm just going to worry that she's sleeping and everything OK the whole time we're gone...  It'll be nice to get away because I am a full time SAHM and my DH works so much I don't get much of a break...

I would be the same way but they will be OK. You and DH deserve some time away.
