Happy Dance......YEAH!!!
So, we been have problems with our upstairs neiborghs (sp) By accident, I found out they are selling 
They have problems with there dog (leave it crated at least 65% of the day (it barks, and ready to run wild when its out),
constanly break the rules of the board (noise, dog, etc...)
and we believe they put a bag is dog crap (ish) on my car...(we filed a ploice report with them in mind).
today is a good day so far....and to top it off, the bastards are trying to get away with selling it for more then we brought ours and i bet its no where close to looking like ours.
(our unit was 100% redone with new applicances, etc..)

oh, i wouldn't have filed a police report - but i WOULD have left it on THEIR front door!! 
eta: HANGING on their door - like a door knocker!!!  or rather a "shyt knocker"

property damage, hate crime, who knows what could happen next it was more for being on record....i heard in my complex, the last person to play with dog sh!t, they took it and smoothered it every where like a carwash, so when i told the board that, they were like, you are lucky.
We had multple run ins, i curse them out more then once  and im happy to see them go.
i have a picture of the bag of crap if your intrested. 
It was fresh

I think i would have just taken the bag o' sh!t and put it in their mailbox minus the bag...
maybe the police can get some DNA
either way...they are leaving...

will, the story thickens....
I took the bag back to my place, knocked on there door to ask them about it (in a nice way)
they don't answer (they say they were getting ready for work).
I leave the bag out side inbetween the bushes.
Traci gets home from work to check on the house, the bag is gone!!! 
WHO THE HELLS STEALS A BAG OF CRAP THAT LEFT IT ON MY NEW DAMN CAR!!!!!
so techincally, they stole my crap
