OMG! Did you guys see the pic of Brittany driving on Pacific Coast Highway w/ baby on her lap!
I just saw it on the news this morning. Brittany Spears is in the papers driving around with her new born son on her lap in the driver's seat. what the heck was she thinking?

This is why she said she did it
On Monday, Britney Spears was photographed fleeing a Starbucks after paparazzi got agressive with her while she was waiting for her bodyguard to come back with drinks. Britney had taken Sean Preston out of his carseat to play with him while waiting, when paparazzi came up to the window and became a nuisance. As soon as her bodyguard got back into the car, Britney drove away and got onto the highway with Sean sitting on her lap.
She released the following statement to People this morning:
"Today I had a horrifying, frightful encounter with the paparazzi while I was with my baby. Because of a recent incident when I was trapped in my car without my baby by a throng of paparazzi, I was terrified that this time the physically aggressive paparazzi would put both me and my baby in danger. I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm's way, but the paparazzi continued to stalk us, and took photos of us which were sold to the media. I love my child and would do anything to protect him."

She's a LOSER! Unfortunately, my job requires me to drive all over LI and I see kids sitting int he frint seat, on their parents lap, or just jumping around in the backseat ALL the time! I always dial 911 and report their license plate #. I would say I dial 911 at least 2 times per month for incidents like these.

Darren and I saw this same thing happen this weekend...this mom stepped up the moron notch a little though...she was smoking a cigerette while driving with her child on her lap

I think if I had a body guard i could probably get my baby in his carseat while the body guard kept the paparazzi away from me. has anyone been on the PCH? Its very twisty and curvy with cliffs too!
