Celebrating The Songs from 80's Movies on Radio Tonight
Hi everybody:
Tonight, I'm co-hosting "Essential 80's" from 10PM to Midnight on Long Island's 90.3FM. The show is completely commercial-free, so there'll be no interruptions.
We'll be playing the songs that we all know from 80's movies--the famous ones and the guilty pleasures (yeah, Swayze, I'm talking about you....)
If you get a chance, please tune in and tell a friend or two.
The request line will be open during the show, and you can even advance e-mail a request/dedication/suggestion to the host Jaime at [email protected]
I'm thinking "She's Having A Baby" might be a good one for this Board.
The show will also re-air Thursday night (technically, Friday morning) from Midnight to 2AM.
If you do the MySpace thing, check out www.myspace.com/essential80s
And, please feel free to post your 80's soundtrack memories, as well.
As always, thanks a million.

Good luck! And my suggestion-Cheap Trick, I want you to want me-live! Although the song was remade and used in a 90's movie. For the 80's, Bonnie Tyler's Hero!
ETA: Duh, I knew that

Unfortunately, the Cheap Trick song is from the 70's, but the Bonnie Tyler song is from Footloose and thus, perfect. Thanks.
