I am just wondering what was your experience?
Was it worth paying the expeditor to deal with all the paperwork and hassle?
Also, what was the cost?
I am thankful for any feedback.

Re: Has anyone ever hired any expeditor to get a building permit?
We hired one to help us get an open CO cleared up. It was over 30 years old, so it would have taken us a LONG time to find all the paperwork in the town records, while they have a pretty good idea of where to go.
It cost us $1500, well worth it in our opinion. I'll ask DH tonight if he remembers their name.

My friend did - he said it was well worth it.
