I read an article in parenting mag and they gae me a list of all the modeling agencies.. If you go to parenting .com an dlook up baby models you will see the article. I sent a bunch of her pics in and then they called..
We have been modeling ever since..

I sent pictures out to different agencies and then they called if they were interested. We have a meeting in the city on Oct 18th to get his working papers and start the process

It depends. It can go up to $150 an hour.

I think its important to remember that although the jobs seem to pay well, its a heck of a lot of waiting around and schlepping a little baby around town.
I am debating now whether or not to do this with Noah, i don't know whether or not I want to spend the next two months of my maternity leave schlepping this kid around the region for what (to me) amounts to be not much money! Here in the UK kids can only work for like 4 hours...so I just don't know if its worth it!!!
eta...also I forgot to mention that the agency takes like 25%...

while I agree with this, I have to say seeeing your baby on the page of a magazine must be pretty darn cool

Where I used to work, we hired kids to model sometimes, we used: Product, Wilhelmina Kids, Generation, Gilla Roos,
and a few others but I forget the names. All of them were based in NYC.

A girlfriend of mine models her daughter and is schlepping her into the city all the time, waiting around, etc... she got a lot of gigs and I think has been paid around 7k already... but it really is a hassel and a lot of work.
