okay...i'm totally ignorant here...i have questions!

so...besides BD'ing when you are ovulating, you also have to lay down so the sperm doesnt get out?
Is there anything else I should know about TTC?
I'm finally going to the gyno thursday for a checkup-its been over a year and i want to get some questions answered..But I want to tell her that probably in the summer we will be TTC.. Do you know what kind of tips she's going to give me? Would i start taking folic acid?
I'm so confused here!! tia

she'll probably just tell u to take prenatal vitamins. i suggest you also purchase an opk so you know exactly when u ovulate.

an ovulation predictor kit. u can buy them at cvs or any drug store. you just pee in a cup or on a stick and you can tell if you're ovulating or not. that way, you can have sex on the right days. good luck and baby dust!

The laying down after has been disputed but I always do it anyway because it makes sense so thats up to you. You should also do it in a position that allows deep penetration(you know what I mean)
