Termite Inspection
I also need to arrange for a termite inspection. Can anyone suggest a company and give me a price range? Thank you!

One engineer we used included the termite inspection, the other did not, so he brought in a 3rd party. I can't recall the name of the company, but they were in East Islip. They charged $75.

I was just wondering why your attorney isn't arranging this. I am a real estate attorney & we have an inspector that we use on all purchases & we set up the appointment. I am sure you can call any engineer including the one you used to do your home inspection to do a termite inspection.
Our engineer did a termite inspection when he inspected the house, it cost us an additional $75.
