Mine has already and I'm only week 7 but then again I'm pg with twins. I got my first craving on day 4 after my embryo transfer.
I saw a t-shirt on-line that says...
"You're not going to eat that are you?"
That's so me right now.
As soon as I announce at work I'm thinking of buying 5, one for each day of the week

i always have a big appetite- i haven't noticed an increase- just an increase in my ice cream consumption.
