Anyone watch that show on TLC "Dying to be a mom"?
DH taped it for me and I watched it last night....
It was about women who were so desperate to be moms that they KILLED prego women and abducted the babies!
It was scary!
DH just kept on saying "Jesus Christ"!

I actually remember reading about a women last year that did this (she was one of the women on the show).
Again...VERY scary!

I saw it and it was disgusting and I think those women should be SHOT! A strong statement, but that is one of the most inhumane things I've ever seen.

Wasn't there a real case just recently that came out of the midwest or something too? This neighbor kidnapped and assaulted her neighbor, put her on a quad, drove her out into the woods and cut her in her old c section scar. They caught her, thank god, and when the woman came out of the coma, she id'd her!
How awful!@

It's really awful and one woman on the special - she used her car keys to perform her c-section! That poor poor mother. And these women were unsuspecting. What is scary is...one of the women was on a pregnancy website, and befriended a woman by saying she was pregnant with the same due date, and by doing so, got a lot of information, where she was delivering, when she was due, etc. It's very frightening.

There was a magazine article that pregnant women have the highest % of murder also, whether it be a case like this, or a Laci Peterson when the husband/boyrfriend didn't want the baby.
Very very sad & scary commentary....
