I read an article that explain what particular groups of blood should eat... I am type 0 so I need meat, no meat= Aga goes hungry lol and it is totally true!!!

omg that's so weird you say that. my husband has a coworker that said the same thing, he is o- and he tends to crave red meats but needs to stay away from foods that have a lot of glucose.
interesting stuff.
