Sue, I didnt realize there was so much drama in HR!!!
To think, I wanted to get into it....
I do minor HR work, but all ur stories take the cake!!
Unless you jsut have some really catty women there!!!!

You got it. I am not "in house" HR. Lots of businesses outsource their HR needs. I basically work as a consultant for those companies. My coworkers do the same thing, but there's a LOT of competition- usually in good fun, but not with this particular girl (and she is usually the coworker who I have issues with)



Ohhh...I didnt know you could work as an HR consultant..how does that work exactly?

I used to work for a huge corporate company, the girls in the HR dept were soo catty, it was ridiculous!!!!

I'll meet with business owners/managers once in a while and help them out with trainings and questions, etc...
