1.5 yrs post depo...
1.5 years after stopping depo, I think my cycles are FINALLY normal. I've been charting BBT and O between CD 14 and 17 the past few months with O pain this past cycle.
I've been taking folic acid and trying to cut down on caffeine and artificial sugars...6 months and only partial success on these two things - I'm weak! I've always taken a multi and exercised.
Is there anything else I should be doing? I'm really worried we will have trouble, especially with a history of M/C in the family.
Only a couple more months until TTC!

Wishing you lots of luck!!! Since I am new to the TTC thing myself this month - I don't have much advice. MANY of the girls on this board I know will be able to offer a few suggestions.
Have you read "Taking Charge of your Fertility"? It does offer some tips.

Re: 1.5 yrs post depo...
Depo, has such a huge effect on the hormones. I wish, they didn't even offer it.
I am glad your cycles are regulating. I think you are doing everything you can for yourself. Perhaps you want to add, using opks....to predict ovulation.
You can get some hormones tested with a physician...to make sure they are in order. FSH, estradoil, prolactin, tsh, t3, t4, glucose and insulin.
Paying close attention to cervical mucus and cervical position, is important. Drink lots of water, increase your vegetable/fruit intake.....try using more organic products.

I know, I was on it for 3 years which they don't even let you do anymore!
Good idea, I will try an OPK next month to see where I stand O-wise.
I don't see a doc doing any of those tests until 1 year of no success. I had a load of tests done 1.5 years ago for a medical problem and TSH and glucose were normal.
Thanks for the advice!
