Another Parm Crusted Chicken Recipe
I know everyone loves the other one, but I figured I would share this too. It is also good for anyone watching carbs since it doesn't use any breadcrumbs. I don't eat chicken but my husband loves this!
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder. 2. MOISTEN chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. 3. BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
You can just double the mixture if you have more chicken.

not a stupid question!
You mix the cheese, italian dressing mix and the garlic powder all together
then you wet the chicken and bread it in the mix like you would if you were breading it in bread crumbs. The water makes it stick to the chicken.
Hope that helped!
