Any nurses out there? Need some first aid advice.

I had a little "accident" last night- so I now have cuts on my forehead and nose.
They are not deep but they bled a lot. I obviously want them to heal asap- what do I put on it? Do I keep then covered, or not?
What about that liquid bandage stuff?

TIA, I look like an azz.

I'm not a nurse (but I did train for a while). However, I fell last year on our porch and scratched my nose and chin. I didn't do anything but put on neosporin, let it scab over and use cover-up. It cleared up in 2 weeks, but I still have a darker patch of skin on the bridge of my nose from the scarring. I'm going to ask my dermotologist for that cream that will make it fade.

I used the liquid bandage (or skin glue) a month ago or so when I almost cut off the tip of my pinky Chat Icon It was hanging by a thread and I applied the glue as well as finger-tip band-aids and you can't even see any mark.

My answer would be for a cut I would use the adhesive, for grazing and that I would use neosporin and leave it open.
