Anyone else feel like they HAVE to eat all the time?
I'm not really hungry, but if I don't eat I start to feel shakey and nauseous.
Every 30-45 minutes I feel like I HAVE to eat.
Anyone else feel this way?

I felt like that in my first and 1/2 of my second trimester. It was helpful for me to split up my meals...have 1/2 then go back to it later.
Now, I have to remind myself to eat.

I eat about every two hours. I can't go longer than that.
My doc says I need 3,500 calories a day for twins. that's hard to do when you are eating very healthy.
Not to hijack but it warms my heart to see Lauren and Kara on this thread

Yeah, between breakfast, lunch and dinner, I usually will have a snack - fruit, yogurt, cheese/crackers, or the occassional chips etc...

I know! I am so excited for all my infertility board girls!
I wish I could say I have a problem with this but eat! If I didn't in the first trimester, I would get nauseous and get a headache.
I definately don't eat as healthy as a should. I am having cheetos as we speak

felt that way my whole 1st tri. Doctor said to eat small meals ever 1-3 hrs, fruit, yogurt, or something small just to have something in your belly.

YES that was my biggest PG symptom in my first tri - I ate every hour on the hour!  Came back a little in the third tri but now I'm eating back to normal.

French toast sticks
Organic Apple Sauce
A banana
Ramen Noodles
Cheese, crackers and pepperoni
4 mallowmars
And all I'm thinking about is "When's dinner!?!?"
Starving!!!!!

I was just going to post about eating.
I do good through work. I guess because Im so busy. I come home and have a snack, then dinner, then look for dessert.
Im always hungry. Glad its not just me.
