Cruise question: how long does the disembarkation process take?

We were told to be out of our rooms by 8am. We have an excursion scheduled at 11am, (our flight home isn't until 9pm). Is 3 hours enough time to get off the ship? Chat Icon

I have found that the size of the ship totally makes a difference. My last cruise was a smaller one, and I was off the ship an in the car in 25 minutes.

If you have an excursion, I think they let you disembark early with the people who have early flights (especially if you booked it through the cruise).

Yes - If you booked the excursion with the cruise line they are aware of your schedule and will make sure you are off the boat in plenty of time.

I agree with the above two Chat Icon When we got off the boat last week they had anyone with excursions or an early flight in a seperate room so they could get them off earlier... I don't know exactly when they got off but they did seperate them! Have fun!! Chat Icon
