Godparent/Baptism question...
Does anyone know how an adult would go about making their Confirmation so they can be a Godparent??? I'm asking because I wanted my sister to be the Godparent to Caiden, but she didn't make her Confirmation. Now I would like for her to be the Godparent to this baby, but she still needs to make her Confirmation. Does anyone know the process of getting confirmed? How long it takes, etc.? She was suppose to have this done by now, but of course...
She lives in Orlando FL so local churches wouldn't help, but I just wanted to know the procedure. Thanks!

Re: Godparent/Baptism question...
She needs to contact her local Catholic Church and inquire about the RCIA (Right Of Christian Initiation for Adults) Program. All churches, of course, are different, but, the average time is one year.

Depending on the church, your godparent doesn't even have to be Catholic.
