Laptop mouse question
The mouse on my laptop just moves by itself - either down to the toolbar or up to the corner of the screen - It does this every 5 minutes or so and it is really annoying. As a matter of fact, it is happening right now. Does anyone know how to stop it?? Thanks, Scott

Re: Laptop mouse question
Have you tried rebooting?
Maybe it's like a video game controller and it calibrates when you turn it on, so if you were touching it when you turned it on, it may have screwed up the calibration. I think there must laos be a recalibration tool, like when you firsy bought it, you had to set it up.

Re: Laptop mouse question
If its the little pointer in the middle of the keyboard... that happens to me occasionally. Thats a problem related to the hardware I believe. Pointer could be going bad.

Re: Laptop mouse question
sometimes if you take off the little red thing and put it back on, it works. If you have the touchpad, then I would get it fixed.

Re: Laptop mouse question
Look at the properties. It could be set to be too sensitive.
