Outdoor Running...
What kind of jacket do I need to run outside when its 30 ish degrees?

I rarely run outside in the cold anymore since I got my treadmill, but when I used to I would wear layers. I don't like bulky clothes while running. I would layer t-shirt with long sleeves and then a windbreaker. I find that my body warms up fast, so for me what is important in the cold is wearing one of those headband things that covers your ears, gloves, and making sure my neck is covered. Also, CHAPSTICK is a must! When I was in highschool and did winter track I ran outside all winter every day, even on those 6degree days. I remember even layering my pants to wear spandex under windpants. Brrrrrrr.

THanks for the tips.
I think i need one of those thermal type jackets. they are thin but supposedly wind proof. not sure though.

Underarmour!
My DH uses underarmour under his clothes when he works outside in the winter. He says it is like a 2nd skin. You can get this at Models or a Sports type store. Here is the website:
