Anyone know of a spa offereing prenatal massage in the Smithtown/St. James areas?

YES! St. Tropez in Port Jeff Station - 631.473.4090 - It's called the expectant mom's massage.

I'm not practicing at the moment (33 weeks preggo)Chat Icon , but my fellow Massage Therapists are extensively certified in Prenatal Massage.
They work at Rain Day Spa in Woodbury, I know it's not St. James, but they are fantastic!

I also recommend this place...I had my prenatal massage here!!

I just had Denise work on me today as a matter of fact.Chat Icon
The spa just changed their rates, so I think it's $90/hr.
We have special pregnancy pillows too so you can safely lie face down-it is the BEST!
