I am thinking of trying the 1 week straightener first:

I saw this product on The View, here is the excerpt:

I would be worried about putting anything in my hair except styling gel. I once had my bangs straightened by my old hairdresser. It stripped the color right out of my bangs.

I would love to try something like that. I have wavy/frizzy hair if I let it dry naturally. Even when I blow dry it I feel like it looks frizzy. I am just afraid to do damage to my hair. I have very thin, baby fine hair and I have been highlighting it for years. I would be interested to know if anyone has tried it and what was the results.

I don't believe that using that product would let your hair dry naturally striaght if it was curly

I had been getting JHS for 4 years and my hair finally dries straight

Re: Speaking of Straightening Hair products, has anyone tried this?

I have been reading all the post about JHS and i just feel my hair is not curly enough for that type of process and could potentially cause alot of damage for my hair. Is there any other methods that anyone knows about for hair that is just wavy and frizzy??????

That's how my hair is, wavy and frizzy.

I thought I would try the 1 week and see if I like it.

My hair is also colored and I have some highlights.

If you do try the one week product PLEASE post a review with before and after pictures if possible---I would be really interested in seeing and hearing about your experience. GOOD LUCK Chat Icon

I am not saying the process damages the hair but I feel like this process is for people who have very curly hair---I could be wrong but seeing all the before and after pictures everyone seems to have very curly hair and that is not my hair. Can it be done on just frizzy hair???? Is the process the same no matter if your hair is frizzy, wavy, or curly????

My best frined has been doing it for about 5 years. Her hair was sort of on the thinner side, and not really curly. Mostly a little wavy in certain spots - mostly the back and underneath. It would also tend to get frizzy, and now she doesn't have that problem anymore. She (and I say this with loveChat Icon ) often runs a little behind schedule, so she'd run out of the house with her hair damp and it wouldn't always dry so nice, but now she can do that, and that's not a problem.Chat Icon

I used easy straight. My hair is wavy, not curly, and for awhile it was amazing! My hair air dried perfectly straight, not frizzy.

I think it damaged my hair in the long run though so I didn't do it again.

Mrs.wask used it too!
