Stage 2 foods - Is 6 mos too early?
My daughter will be 6 months in a week. She has been eating stage 1 foods since 4 1/2 months with no problems and finishes the jars really fast. Yesterday I bought Stage 2s since they are bigger and to introduce her to some new things. I didn't buy any meat combos yet, just the mixed vegetables and mixed fruits. Is it too early for stage 2? also, when can I introduce the meat combos? TIA.

I think you are fine. If she tried all the stage ones and is doing well. Move on to stage 2 fruits and veggies. I think I started at the end of his 5th month.
My dr also approved 3 meals a day and stage 2 meat mixtures starting at 6 months. Just remember 1 ingredient at a time (so read the labels) if you decide to try them to test for food allergies!

I had marissa on stage 2 around 5 1/2 months and they have more variety of fruits and veggies and meats but just like stage one if you try a new veggie or a new fruit or even meats do it for the 3 days to make sure there is no reactions
