Moms... what do you do after the kids go to bed??
I feel totally unproductive because I usually just tidy up the toys from the day, finish up the laundry and dishes and stuff and then sit and watch TV with my DH, but I'm just to tired to do anything productive.... maybe I'm just lazy

It depends on the time. Usually tidy up and spend some time with DH. She goes to bed late now (9:30-10pm) so it really leaves me with no time. It takes a couple hours to unwind from the day. TV until midnight at times

I do nothing. Maybe some computer time, watch TV, etc. I don't go too crazy with much because our bedrooms are on the same level as the rest of the house. He's in bed by 9 and I'm in bed by midnight. We both sleep until 9 a.m.

I finish up what I was doing before they went to bed. Finish cleaning up, laundry etc then its quiet time while DH and the kids are asleep. I love my peace and quiet!

This is exactly what I do... I feel the same way sometimes! I think we deserve to sit and watch TV before it's time to sleep and start the day all over again!

Tidy up but nothing major. Watch TV with DH because this is our only time together during the week it seems. Then DH goes to bed at 11:30 and I go to work on the computer to get done whatever I couldn't do during the day while Aidan napped. Sometimes up til 3am.
Thankfully Aidan usually sleeps til at least 8:30 but am dragging my butt til about noon.

This is exactly what I do... I feel the same way sometimes! I think we deserve to sit and watch TV before it's time to sleep and start the day all over again!
I do the same - tidy the toys, wash dishes/bottles, fold laundry, clean the highchair and table and floor and then take some time to veg and watch tv. I need it or I would be too stressed out for bed. I have started to taking on little tasks while watching tv some nights - like organizing pictures, writing thank you cards, etc.

Nothing productive usually. Typically watch TV or play around on the computer.
If the kitchen needs to be cleaned from dinner I'll do that and on occasion throw in a load of wash. I need to manage my time better maybe I will have a clean house if I do that.

I usually go on the computer, watch TV and go to bed. He is in bed by 7:30 and I am usually asleep by 10.

That is when I do my deep cleaning! I love to clean! I am most productive after they go to bed! I clean the bathroom, do laundry, organize closets, their toys, do some kntting, pack lunch for the next day, shower, spend some time with hubby, and then bed, usually between 1-2am!

I amost always go right to bed after Emily goes to sleep. It's exhausting working all day and then coming home and taking care of her, so I need to get all the sleep I can get!

about 6:30, keep in mind I have 3 kids so during the day if i'm not working I am doing things otside of the house so I have no time do deep cleaning. i'm a night owl and always have been, and I'm a cleanaholic so it's kind of relaxing for me, it really helps me to sleep better at night if i run myself ragged, believe me, I wish I could sit back and let the house go to hell, but I start twitching if it's messy, it's a trait I picked up from my Mom, I wish I wasn't so obsessed with it, I drive my hubby nuts!
