Oprah today
She will have the wife of the newlywed man from CT that "disappeared" on that Royal Caribbean cruise last year.
Should be interesting - she looked like she was getting very defensive on the previews.

She really shows no emotion, I don't understand how you can talk about the blood stain on the cruise and say bone fragments, etc...... and show no emotion???
I don't know I don't think she had anything to do with it but something about her bothers me.

I think she is ridiculous to be attacking royal caribbean for such trivial things. Who cares if she walked off with a guest relations person rather than a security guard? The love of her life is gone, for pete's sake!!!! How is this going to bring back George?
RC is not forensics specialist. They are a hospitality outlet.

I agree i mean if that was mean sitting up there and that happened to my husband I would be a wreck! maybe she is still in so kind of shock i doubt that I mean its 6 months later I would show at least so kind of emotion!

but why would she be involved in his disappears if she loves him so much nic? I mean yea she might be involved but than again maybe not. maybe George got into a fight with someone on the ship and they killed him.

She is sooooo caught up in the petty details of how SHE was treated...if she truly loved her husband, she would forget about herself and focus all of her energy on what happened to him. I would anyway...wouldn't you?
I think there's a lot more to the story. They had a big wedding. For all we know, the whole marriage could've been some money extortion scheme or something.
All I'm saying is that this case, as given to the public, is nothing normal. I personally feel that wifey had a hand in the disappearance. Maybe she (or her family) paid off those guys (well in advance) to be all buddy buddy w/ him, then get rid of him. Wifey was "conveniently" out of it and doesn't remember a damn thing...ok, sure.

She did seem cold, but what bothered me the most was that when she had the chance to speak about George she had very little to say. Like shorty said she seemed preoccupied in the interview about how SHE was treated. She sounded like a mother who suffers from Munchousen Syndrome (sp?).

I think she does know....and is NOT saying anymore.
It is very ironic how that one couple said that they were not drinking, and how could you pass out so far away and NOT know what the heck happened.

Dh did this ALOT on our last cruise. If he was drunk and uncoordinated and I was angry and drunk because he was hanging out with new cruise friends... I could see an accident occuring and being freaked out and leaving the room and huddling in a hallway and passing out and not remembering it.
We did have a small fight on our honeymoon because he had the damm camcorder attached to his hand 24-7... and I almost chucked it off the balcony...
I don't trust her at all. RC might have made the choice to get "the ship moving" but she made the choice to drink that much and not remember things that happened that night. On our pre engagement cruise, honeymoon cruise and post baby cruise my Dh and I were rarely alone this is just odd.. You don't just run off with your cruise friends...

your right on that Dh andI were not seperate from each other when we were on our Honeymoon and we were in disneyworld I think also after hearing this it just does not make sense why they were. i mean yea its nice to meet people on the cruise and make new friends but Do you really know these people on the cruise what If i am not accusing anyone I am just making a example: what if these people they meton the cruise were not in THEIR right mind and he had a fight with the guy and somehow george was pushed overboard by this person he made friends with. could that have happened??? the story is going to have to come out sooner than later.

I so agree. The focus should be on her husban not her! Her complaints are so self centered. Instead of worrying about getting a flight home, how about - where is my husband?????

havent watched oprah yet but i DVRed it and am going to watch it now. but i have been following this story VERY closely bc my friend dated him for years. maybe she exhibits no emotion bc from everything i have heard she was probably hooking up with some other guy on a lounge chair somewhere while this was going on. what kind of person does that?! also, i hate to say this bc what happened to him breaks my heart but i wouldnt be surprised if he was doing way more than just drinking, thus putting himself in a precarious situation with strangers and got in a fight. granted its been many yrs and he was young but those were both characteristics of his.
also if any of you have seen interviews with his parents, they have little or no contact with her and its apparent they're suspicious of her.
