Went for Ultrascreen today
And the dr. said the baby looks really healthy. I will know final results in a week but she seemed really confident that the baby is doing well.
I asked her the sex and she said she couldn't definitely confirm it but she showed me what she believes is the penis. So it looks like we may be having a  . I brought home the pic of the sono with the arrow pointing to the penis to show DH. He got a real kick out of that.
