Yup. It's VERY possible. That's what I have been getting.
Drink lots of water inbetween meals and do not lay down flat at night, elevate yourself with pillows. This has helped. I also found just a spoonful of ice cream helps to coat my throat, but just a spoonful. More than that can actually make it worse.

I hear ya! Everyday I have it.
Mylanta helps a little bit. The only advise I can give you is elevate your head when you go to sleep. It really stinks!

I used to get that. I would get it more when I was at work. I would chew some Tums but it really didn't work.

Yup, Yup, Yup...Thats me all the time! Its horrible, I sometimes drink Milk to soothe the burning or take Pepto Bismol. Its the worst feeling

Heartburn stinks--I am 33 weeks and I have had it for the last month now. It is so bad that it wakes me up in the middle of the night.
Tums does not help. I am going to move onto Mylanta. Hope you feel better.

OH yeah, isn't it just great? Try some Tums, they usually work for me. Sometimes I take 2 at a time.

Oh God! Thats the worst feeling, I would get that in the middle of the night, it felt like fire was gonna come out--lol I lived on tums.

Thanks everyone I tried tums today but it didn't work. Now I will try the rest of your suggestions.
Oh yeh and the leg cramps started last night. I thought it was too soon for all this but I guess I was wrong

just FYI, sleeping on more pillows can actually make it worse, better is to elevate the head of the bed by putting a wedge under the mattress.....zantac is also safe to take, but ask your OB first.

Drink milk, or take mylanta. As for the leg cramps, eat a banana. I was told it was a lack of potassium? I did eat one when I had legs cramps and they went away. Feel better

You are allowed to take Pepcid AC I had the worst acid reflux when I was pregnant
