I do believe that a lot of women struggling with infertlity issues may see her statement as offensive.
Really? and HOW? How is what I said about technology offensive to YOU or anyone TTC? I didnt say anything bad about it- I was saying that about my statement on procreation that I know gay couples can still have children through technology- so go read it again and stop looking for something that isnt there!
I read and re-read these posts and I'm not sure I understand what you meant... I understand that you said you don't feel it's right that technology helps same-sex couples have children...right? OK that part I understand.
But what I'm confused with, or I guess what I am just curious about now, is this: Do you think that it's wrong for technology to help married couple (man & woman) get pregnant?
No I didnt say that, what I am saying about technology is that same sex couple meaning woman CAN procreate b/c of technology and I understand that, BUT I still believe a marriage is the union of a man and a woman to procreate, that that is what God intended when he made Adam and Eve.
But you dont think that the use of technology to help a couple get pregnant is wrong?
No I do NOT think its wrong to use technology to get PG. Its a GREAT thing.
I edited my original post to pick it apart to clarify the confusion. HTH.
