I will be renting out an apartment in a few months
FYI for those who know anyone looking.
It's the upstairs of a cape. Everything will be brand new, separate entrance with a landing so you can be outside when you want to.
You'll have a great landlord  and the neighborhood is fabulous. I am in Levittown and close to everything, really a perfect location. That's why I'm not leaving!
I'll probably be asking $1100 including all utilities.
Once the apartment gets started, I'll repost and include pics. Just put the word out for me, will ya?!

I will def. ask around. My tenants best friends hate their landlord now. Maybe they will want to move in a few months.

I have a friend who is a single mom who might be interested. I'll ask her. When will it be available? and the rent includes everything..even cable? thanks.
ETA: how many bedrooms?

I have a friend who might be looking. Can you elaborate a bit - # of bedrooms, W/D or hook up or avail in basement, storage space, bath - also renovated?

It's actually going to be a studio, but with a separate kitchen and bathroom which will both be brand new.
We are going to put a landing with the stairs so you can sit outside.
No W/D, but there's a laundromat literally about 2 minutes away.
The price will include cable and utilities. Once it's done I'll let you all know.
