OMG baby found in a bag....
HOW SICK! They have the safe haven law here why not just drop it off somewhere safe where they don't ask any question. This baby was found in a shopping bag hanging off a fence.

NEW YORK -- A days-old infant was in stable condition after being found in a shopping bag outside a Brooklyn building early Friday morning, police said.
Police said a passerby discovered the girl in Bushwick and alerted officials. The infant, who was taken to Brookdale Hospital, is about a day or two old, police said.
Officers were trying to find the baby's mother.
