I buy loose herbs from www.mountainroseherbs.com. I buy bulk red raspberry and make my own tea.

I get mine at Stop n Shop in the organic foods section...Vitamin Shoppe also has it for alittle cheaper

I was told to drink 2 cups a day in my second trimester and three cups a day in my third...who knows if it will work..my sister did it and had 2 easy labors...

I don't live in NY but I would imagine a place like Trader Joes or whatever type of natural grocer you have there should have it.
