It will get easier, and I beg you to find some mother and baby groups and get out of the house! They were a lifesaver for me! A total lifesaver. It will take you a few weeks to get into a rountine, but try to do it!
Also, this may sound callous, but if the baby is crying and you need a break, let the baby cry in the crib and leave the room. No baby has ever been mortally wounded by crying for a few minutes!!

I'm in the same boat as you. DH went back to work today and I just ate breakfast now...well I guess it was lunch  . I also work from home so it seems when DD is sleeping my boss is calling. I hope I can get on a schedule and at least find time to shower!!
