If you have chronic pain or know someone who does..
do u think its possible for th person who is in pain evreyday to think and do things irrationally? do u think its possible that the person judgement is off due to pain?

Depending on how severe the pain is yes their judgement can be effected.
Speaking for experience, I think if they're on pain medication, it's a mood altering drug - so they're testy -- but not completely irrational.

I had chronic back pain until my operation 2 years ago. I was pretty b!tchy most of the time, just because I was so miserable...but not unreasonable...

It definitely depends. My SIL has chronic severe back pain and is not really irrational. I guess like Barbara said, it we are talking medication than it might be a different story.

most definitely
i agree. people handle pain in very different ways (some have a high tolerance, some a low tolerance)... but either way, when pain is that constant, it can totally affect your moods and reasoning.

good point...
someone being in pain...real pain everyday...it wears you down, makes you extremely vulnerable and can cause you to make irrational decisions....
ESPECIALLY since the pain is primarily on their mind. It is hard not to think things clearly
Yes some pain are more "livable" than others....BUT IMO even if it is slight pain that is chronic....
it breaks you down slowly
